The KC Newsletter for September

September 2004

There will be a First Degree at the September meeting, if you know of anyone interested in joining bring him to the meeting.

The annual Tootsie Roll drive will be September 17th and 18th.  John Slechticky is in charge again this year and will be looking for volunteers.  There will be a sign up sheet at our meeting and in the back of church.  This is for a good cause and all the money is donated locally.  Please come out, show your support and volunteer!

I would like to thank the committee and all the members that volunteered to work at the Bluesfest this passed weekend.  All the profits from this are also used for local charities.

This passed Thursday I attended a cluster meeting.  The topics discussed were the condition of all the facilities and the personnel in each parish.  I will give a more detailed report at our meeting.

The parish picnic is scheduled for September 19th.  The Knights will be preparing the main dish.  This is a good time to socialize with your fellow parishoners.

This months lawn care volunteers are Kenny Vosholler and Dave Leming.

If anyone knows of anything that needs to be put in the newletter or on this site, please contact me before the 25th of each month and I will try to get it in.
